The Sexton Sour
Sessional - a bright sour serve built around The Sexton.
Ingredients
50ml - The Sexton Irish Whiskey
25ml - Lemon juice
20ml - Sugar syrup
5ml - 'Vegg' white
Method
1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain into sour glass.
